THE PILLARS OF THIS WORK

I am a mirror and a guide.

I can guide you to look into the shadow of your own unconscious; the places we often are not able to travel to alone.

The places you must travel into and come out on the other side, if you desire deep intimate relationship with another.

Unconscious patterns are often created in childhood, sometimes so early we have no memory or words for it, but the beliefs about our self, about life and about other people sits deep inside. The emotions that come with it rise easily to the surface when triggered by present events that may only have the slightest resemblance to the past.

To the degree that we are unconscious to these patterns they create the events of our life and sabotage our close relationships first; these relationships that see us in our full self, no matter however much we may try to censor ourselves and "be good".

If we desire deep intimacy, we must work with these patterns; we must bring awareness to them and write a new story.

TO GO DEEP WITH ANOTHER, YOU MUST GO DEEP INTO YOURSELF FIRST.

Put another way, you can only go as deep with another as you can go deep into your own self.

As we embody this new story we become whole, because we know our shadow - intimately. Because we see it, we know it and we do not run from it anymore.

We know our good side and our less than good side. We accept them both.

We no longer unconsciously react, act out or run away from our partner. And if we do - because we are humans after all - we see it sooner, we communicate, we make amends. We do not let the unresolved pain accumulate under the rug between us and our partner, so that it can't sabotage our relationship any more.

In this path we are fully human. Not perfect. Not always right. But always willing to connect deeply with these who are able to connect deeply with us.

Relationships are the best of life.

Our journey is grounded in real life AND deeply connected to the unseen, less tangible or obvious layers of our reality.

In our journey together, we will take the time to explore your inner terrain as it relates to and impacts your intimate relationship.

We will look at your inner child and various parts of your psyche and the way they interplay in your life. We will review your core beliefs and rewrite them when appropriate.

We will really work with your emotions.

This is an embodied journey. Grounded in life, not in theory or mental analysis alone.

Your feelings and emotions are a key, and emotional intelligence will be a core value to guide our journey.

Since you are unique, this is just a general framework for you to be able to envision our journey together, but the details of the journey will be tailored to your need in every moment.

I have a deep trust in the intelligence of the universe and our own being to provide the material we most need to work with to progress on our most desired and aligned path.

But it can not be rushed. It has it's own timing and patterns.

I believe that the universe partners with us and brings us all the experiences necessary to guide us in the path that is ours to thread. It is up to us to hear the call and to work consciously with what life brings us.
